The Cave Spring Historical Society invites you to join us on October 17th for International Archaeology Day and to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the
WHO? This event is free and open to anyone and everyone! Lots of activities will be available for children.
WHAT? Kennesaw State University has selected the Vann Cherokee Cabin in Cave Spring as their host site for International Archaeology Day for the second year in a row. Archaeology students will be on site conducting an excavation (aka "dig") and will have stations set up with different activities. Additionally, the Society will be celebrating its 40th birthday. Food will be provided!
